Haworth celebrates Yorkshire Day in style

Traditional Yorkshire wares are on offer in Haworth this weekend as traders and visitors get into the spirit of Yorkshire Day.
Activities include horse and cart rides and beer and food tasting today and tomorrow with shops along Main Street celebrating all that is Yorkshire.
The Haworth Visitor Information Centre is offering Yorkshire tea-bags, Wensleydale cheese and bread from local bakers.
Sandra Armstrong, of the centre, said: “It’s always a big celebration in Haworth, there’s always something going on.”
Also this weekend Timothy Taylor brewery managed pubs in and around Keighley are hosting fun-filled Yorkshire-themed events with proceeds being donated to Manorlands Hospice.
